OUR ORGANISATION
Established in 2013, iAspire Care Services is an Ofsted-registered provider of 16+ semi-independent supported accommodation. We work in partnership with local authorities to support vulnerable young people through tailored, high-quality care. Our team combines years of expertise in care, safeguarding, youth justice, and operational management, allowing us to take a comprehensive, person-centred approach to every placement.

ABOUT US

OUR SERVICES
We specialise in semi-independent supported accommodation for young people aged 16–21 who are:

Leaving care

Seeking asylum (UASC)

At risk of homelessness

Requiring structured support due to social, emotional, or behavioural needs
Our services include:

Keywork sessions and personalised support plans

24/7 staffing or visiting support (depending on need)

Life skills development (e.g., budgeting, cooking, self-care)

Support with education, training, and employment

Risk assessments and safety planning

Multi-agency working with social workers, YOT, CAMHS and education providers

OUR PROVISIONS
We offer a range of high-quality, fully furnished properties across London, Surrey and Bedfordshire designed to meet the varying needs of young people, including:

Shared Semi-Independent Homes:
Staffed or supported accommodations for young people who benefit from peer support and structured routines. -
Solo Placements:
Tailored one-to-one provisions for young people requiring higher levels of independence or complex care planning. -
Emergency & Crisis Placements:
Rapid response accommodation options for young people in urgent need of a safe and supportive space.
All of our provisions are maintained to a high standard, regularly risk-assessed, and supported by trained, DBS-checked staff committed to safeguarding and youth development.
